Just got off the phone with Mike....he told me they are expecting to get released by the end of this month or the first week of next month.

They are releasing two sizes 15X3.5" and 15X10" they will be direct bolt-on wheels no spacers.

Mike did not have the new part numbers yet....he expects them to be one digit higher then the currect ones but nothing has been finalized as of yet. He told me they will update the website whent hey come out as well.

WELD.... DRAGLITES... WILL... NOT.... WORK... WITHOUT... A... LOT... OF... MODIFICATIONS... TO... THE... CAR.

That was the perfect pace for me. So what is the difference in these new ones that are coming out at the end of this month? I tried to call summit to "preorder" those, and he wanted to know what specs I wanted. I felt dumber then usual.

We are talking about Greg Weld wheels NOT Weld racing wheels... Just to be clear.

I would just sit tight as greg Weld has not yet assigned a part number for these yet, once that happens then let the ordering begin.

Didnt realize there was two different Welds. Which ones are the Draglites we used to mount on the fox bodies and Grand Nationals?

Those are the Weld Racing wheels. They are not a direct bolton... period. I ran the 15x3.5, 1.75bs Draglites for a while, but it required 3" studs, plus 7/16" spacers to work.

Now I have a set of custom Bogarts that have been made to look like the Draglites.

Any word on anything yet?

I talked to Mike again on Wednesday Sept 24/08.
It sounds like they are working on the 17" rims getting them out as they have been on back order for along time, & they have a huge back order for them.He told me to call him next week & he would have some info on the 15" rims, maybe even a part #!!!
I will call him Oct 1/08,you can be sure of that.
