It's a complete kit. It includes a different upper console plate, wires, LED assemblies etc.

Its a new lower as well. I would have never bought it if I hadn't found it on CL for $60 bucks. It also came with other parts as well, and I made money off the deal lol.

Mike, just pay Ron to do it. I wish I would have done it in the first place. So many headaches trying to do it myself.

would you take an extra set of buttons to make mine red (for everything including radio). the extra set i have are non heated seat and they are already red. i didn't want to risk just getting my radio and seat heater buttons done and being a different shade of red.

I would like the blue led's.... I have an aftermarket radio but want all the rest ...ac controls steering wheel window switches and what ever else. I do have the my color in the car....
