Let me be clear up front. This is not a street car, and in no way are we claiming its a street car. This is a purpose built race car.

As far as the transmission and a few specific details on the car (such as the gears) are concerned were not comfortable releasing the information. The car is currently setup for heads up competition in the coyote stock class in the NMRA and giving out the car's setup would compromise it.

Dude, I saw the video on youtube the other day. I swore it had some kind of power adder. Awesome.

How did you guys get the car down to 3000 lbs?

T56 Magnum trans?


seems as if the gearing is dead on perfect as it hits the limiter just at or after the stripe

I cant give out that information but I can tell you were very good at what we do :)

i can touch on this a little

Removed the following

ABS
Brake Booster
Radio
Heater and controls
AC
No stock heavy tank
Kirkey seats
all the sound deadening
rear seat
Lighter then stock transmission :evillaugh:
Aluminum driveshaft

Plus we did things like
Manual rack
BMR K member a arms

I heard the rockers and tiresmwere filled w helium LOL.

I was thinking about having you guys bring some of those light weight bumper supports to BG. But I dont want to install them at the track.

I thought it sounded higher. I'm impressed that the Coyotes can handle that. Ford recommends no more than 7,300 from what I've read.
