Any nearby boots that might be chucking grease?

Looks like the rear? I had a leaky axle seal cause something exactly like that. It would leak just just a little bit each time I parked and would "sprinkle" the inside of the rim when I would drive it again. Looked exactly like your picture.

I wouldn't clean it so the dealership can see it. Go ahead and get it fixed now.

Definitely a rear axle seal. What kind of tracking did you do? ;) I had mine BLOW out ON track in my previous car. Unknown to me until I see a trail of BLUE smoke following me... or is that BLUE mist? :D Ruined my weekend on the track, and made a HUGE mess all over the exhaust.

Get it checked out pronto. I had noticed a tiny splatter, less than yours on the one wheel, that I thought was just brake fluid from a recent bleed. It wasn't more than a couple sessions before it lost almost half the diff fluid all over everything on that corner... brakes, wheel, TIRE, exhaust... That was a bad day. You live, you learn.

I had this happen too. I went to check my tire pressures after a session to find black streaks on my left-rear tire.

Luckily, Ford replaced it under warranty without asking any questions. They also replaced the pinion bearings, side bearings, and axle bearings under warranty without me asking, so that was a nice bonus.

My rear end seems pretty loud, hopefully they will replace all my bearings as well. I do have whiteline LCAs but its pretty annoying, and I dont see anyone else really complaining about it

Is your rear diff shot? If so it should be covered under power train warranty so see if they will take care of that too. I had mine replaced under warranty but I knew the tech doing the work and he offered to do it. I didn't think it would be but he ran my VIN and sure enough it was! :)

Is it shot? I wouldn't say shot, I've never had aftermarket LCAs before, so maybe I am just too picky. but even with the stock (gt500) LCAs I could "hear" my rear end whine, now its obviously more pronounced with the aftermarket LCAs.

If its leaking, and I complain about a noisy diff, hopefully they do all bearings, and check my ring and pinion, maybe even adjust it

Sounds like your rear gear may not be right from the factory. This was a problem several years ago... Definitely bring it up to the service department.

It just happen to me and a buddy of mine this summer. We were both running at Grattan my '06 and his '10 GT500 and we both had the same problem. This kit http://shop.bobsautosports.com/Mustang-axle-reservoir-KR-style-axle-reservoir.htm will allow the fluid to heat up, collect and drain back into the axle when it cools. It's on my Christmas list this year. My co-worker bought one for his '12 BOSS and said the install was very easy.

maybe I'm wrong but that splatter is very much on a straight line directly opposite of where the brake line connects to the rotor. Under a lot of brake pressure you might have a leak. I would check the surface of the rotor and the washers that connect the brake line. Did you recently install a SS brake line?

Rear axle leaks from the vent are a lot messier than what you see in the picture. You should see a lot more fluid all over the place if it was the rear axle valve leaking.
