Auhhhhh! That sucks! If it makes you feel any better, I snapped my tranny in half at the track day. Hope you get it fixed soon!

Sorry about your car. I heard about it the other day. Hope you get it fixed soon. I haven't taken my 08 out in weeks but I have been driving my 93. Good luck on the repair. Who is fixing it? Someone local I hope.

Mike Rousch at MidAtlantic Performance in Richmond. Having no idea what the damage was, and several hundred miles from home, thought I should take it to a reputable shop to be checked out. Mike was there at the track, and Ray was a life saver in letting me use his trailer to get it to the shop, so it worked out. I've heard good things about MAP, so putting my trust in them. Never left my car with any shop before. Earl has been checking on my car for me. :thumb: It's safe up on a lift, waiting for the T56 to arrive.

Nice! Changing the gears too?

Ray's car looks pretty good where Rick welded the axle tubes. I will be getting that done as well.

Ray, did he take it out and put it in a jig or weld them on the car?

Rick welded them on the car. Rick said it was a pretty popular request and upgrade. No need for a jig.

Can't yet.....need to finish the front tomorrow....and then done for this year...house, fence, shed, driveway, sidewalks....sigh.

Yeah, I know what you mean, had to do all mine to get the mildew off. PITA!

Just changed the rear brakes in the wife's car. That wasn't any fun either. Time for a beer!
