A lot of the Fords use the same style buttons. I did a Fusion for a buddy of mine and they were all pretty much the same, but I'd have to see them to be 100% sure.

More than happy to take on the project though.

Just for the lense. I already bought all the LEDs and had my brother do my whole car in red. Now the green on the lense looks horrible and also if you sell a lense for the part on the cluster too I will be interested in that. I want it in red. Let me know
