God fucking damn... I need a centri.

Those #s arent even super risky are they?

Don't know what you would classify as super risky, but the car is holding up well. 11.3 AFR and 17* of timing. The knock sensors pull no timing on this tune with 93 in the tank, but I'll add torco when I use this tune at the track. I'm gonna back the timing down to 15* for the street.

I mean like at the brink of blowing up haha.

But your car is like the 4th one I have seen running those numbers fine. One of them is a DD too. Making me a lot more confident in the coyote when I boost mine.

Mikey it looks to have the Boss block which is the key to holding the power reliably!

Great numbers. That is pretty much the same combo I have and my car runs high 9's now.

Yeah the Boss internals are the key to holding the power. I DD mine also cause I get over 20mpg, alot better then my truck lol. Not sure I would trust the stock engine with this kinda power, especially revving past 7000.

I'd love to make a 9 second pass in my car, but not sure the MT82 will survive at this power level. I have a 6060 in the garage if something happens though.

Part of the reason his car is making good numbers is his attention to his tuning. He tuned my car and I make sighty above average numbers for my mods but still running safe a/f and timing. Some say street isnt safe but nothing beats real load and conditons u get from the street/track for tuning

yes a Boss block, if it were stock...Boom:)

Not true. I'm over 700whp on stock engine for over 4 months and over 100 track and highwya passes going over 170. Its in the tune. Several others are over 700 as well on stock blocks and living strong. Hell I just from TX to OH and then to GA on my 713whp tune getting on it and all. Even averaged 24mpg.

OP what did you get the boss short block for?

I paid around $2400-$2500. I purchased all the parts seperate and assembled it myself. This was including the $1200 block. It can be done alot cheaper if you save the block. The rod, piston, rings come assembled and were just over $700. The crank was something like $250. Bearings cost around $150. Valvesprings were around $80. Ford made it too easy to get a forged shortblock for cheap. No machine work, no filing or installing rings, you don't even have to assemble the rod and piston.

over 700 on stock internals? I'm not talking about the strength of the block, but rods, bearings, pistons etc..

Yes on completely stock engine. Few others have posted making up to 760whp. Only thing done to engine is boss intake and injectors. Paxton at 11.5lbs.

Ah OK. I'm tracking price of rods, pistons, etc. I though you had bought a boss short block but good stuff. I had all boss internals when was going to do a n/a build. But got rid them. Now wishing would have kept them.

Mine paxton has only been on for a couple of weeks, but put down 759. I did end up backing it down to 719 for the street.. My tuner pulled timing to back it down, but it still feels great. I do have the hot tune for when I get to the track with it.
