I bought the rad support and had ordered the k-member but got thinking the $460 should go towards my FI set up so I canceled the K member. Not sure I did the right thing in canceling it as it was a great deal.

Were you working on the K-Member today?

Yep, but the passenger side power steering bolt was being quite the pain in my ass so I moved on to the radiator support and sway bar delete. I used a 3/4 wrench on the driver side and got it off no problem, but the passenger side was a no go so I need to go get a 18mm wrench and knock it out tomorrow afternoon.

Gonna try and knock it out tomorrow afternoon after I get back from TX. It gets dark ridiculously early over here now, like fucking 5 o clock! Pitch black! It's ridiculous.

Good luck with removal of the passenger side bolt. It is a PITA to get at for sure! If only Ford had NOT spot welded the nuts to the K-Member this job would have been so much easier. You will absolutely love the amount of space you will have with the BMR K.

Got back from TX a little late today, but I managed to get the other bolt out! It really would be SOOO much easier if they didn't get weld that bastard, that's for sure. I'll try and get off work early tomorrow and finish her up! I'm excited to get the stock one off and compare!
