I'm ordering mine in a couple weeks from beefcake..

Lets cover some quick basics.

Coolant tank junk..

May want to up grade the clamps?

3.6 pulley / 3 inch off road xpipe and a cocky Lund/ken jones 93 octane tune should net net me 10's on a base model auto on a sticky tire.

What else? To look for If you had to do it again

Pretty sure the stock 3.8 inch pulley will take you into the 10's on a sticky tire.

I have had zero issues with my clamps, and as for the tank, I coated my with rubber spray on sealant. Some say it WILL leak, others are fine. I say the ones that have leaked were too full, and had no expansion room. I have heard accounts of some tanks bowing outwards, which immediately tells me it was over filled. I keep mine 1/4 filled, and it doesn't budge in shape. Just my theory though...

I would like to here some

3.8 pulley - dyno numbers / et / mph

3.6 pulley - dyno number / et / mph

The 3.6 seems like a no brainer but maybe I'm wrong.. But for a 93 pump gas car that will only see about 2500-3000 miles a year is that the ticket for a pump gas weekend warrior?

You will be able to get a 10 with right tire, track prep etc. Its also all in the trans tune.

My stock tank leaked on the seams. Vortech/paxton sent me 3 actually. When called they knew of issues. It was production issue. They said had fixed it but was still working on weeding out bad ones. That was a little over a year ago.

No issues with clamps, but I will upgrade them just for looks department.

And can never go wrong with Terry and BeefCakeRacing..now he just needs to get that website updated with all our cars..lol

Paxton 3.6 pulley

I'd like to snag over a 130mph trap speed also.. I'm running the 25 inch tall Hoosiers 315/30/18 drag radials so its gotta help get it rolling.

Almost 100% going back to the stock exhaust after the 3" off road x pipe.

The eibach sport lines are causing the 3 inch cat back to rub and its too loud to even nail it in the city..

I've got Roush too will that be loud even with the resonators in place?

I would buy chambered mufflers (actually, I did) before giving up the easy HP gains from the cat delete. The Roush sound really nice with 100% stock exhaust, anything else and they just turn into garbage.

I'd like to do it with our the boss intake if possible
It might be hard. YOu want them extra RPMS. And that extra power. Plus you will want some lighter wheels then 18's. Specially if your going to do with an auto and no stall.

My car actually got the name the track while still in TX. At a event in Priare Hill. A grudge race thing with bunch street cars. They asked who I wanted to race. I said I don't care./ Bring any one on my car right now. After that they started calling the car and me The Honey Badger.

Lidio went 10.30@133 on a loaded California special on 20's and pump gas with his Roushchanger set up..

I would think a 235 on a 18x8 and 315 18x10 in a bare bones base model gt has to be around 300 pounds lighter with out all the big brakes / stereo /nav/ monster wheels etc

Roush blower and paxton are two different animals. Roush hits instant boost right away. Paxton builds boost with rpm. Also with that that's why a lot of the roush/Whipple /KB cars don't need a stall as bad as we do. They hit full boost instantly. We need them extra rpms to launch higher in our boost/rpm curve.

STRETCH here has went 10.28 with his paxton. No stall or headers. Stock gears. Stock intake. But he is on a 3.48 pulley, with racegas mixed in. And some perfect dialing in of the tune for shifts etc.

Also how much boost, supporting mods, etc.
