2010 Procharger build!

Well its finally going to happen. I'm getting boosted lol

I picked up a Procharger H.O. kit with a P-1SC head unit, duel GT500 fuel pump, and cobra 39# injectors. Big thanks to Lethal Performance for great customer service in getting me the kit!

This will by my build thread for the next few weeks. I will update this thread as I install it. I plan on installing it next weekened and getting it tuned shortly after. Just trying to deiced who I want to tune it now. I'm hung up between Power By the Hour and another shop here local to me thats built a lot of 8-9 second fox's.

Also big thanks to Jeremy at S&H Performance for helping me out with my GT500 fuel pump wiring harness. The previous owner I bought it from cut some of the wires and he help build the part I was missing.

So, do I need one step colder spark plugs? Looking at the NGK 7554's but are they really needed? Can they be something I add on a few weeks from now? My hp goal is no more then 450.

Yes one step colder and if I were you id use power by the hour for your tune...hope that helps lol

HELP. I'm installing my gt500 fuel pumps now and everything is going great just a problem. my wireing harness doesnt have this little black thing so i can de pin the fuel level sending unit wires and plug them in the the gt500 fuel pump. any ideas as to what to do?

Yep they are the straight cut gears. And I got the fuel pump level wiring done =) everything worked and my fuel level was perfect. WOOT.

I'm going to finnish up tomorrow and HOPEFULLY I will get the tune tomorrow. Ugh I hate that I was supposed to have it by now but wont be able to start the car till monday now.

Well continued my build today.

I got everything pretty much done. Just need to cut some more of the bumper and still waiting on that tune. =/ Here are some pictures from today. Some of the last ones are pictures of how close everything is. Is this normal spacing? Anyways I cant wait till monday to get the tune and fire this thing up. I turned the car on engine off and everything checked out great. Fuel pumps primed, and I have the correct pressure, no fuel leaks around the injectors and so forth.

I got my pumps used and I did not get a harness. I just cut and crimped mine. I suggest just twisting them together first and then go put gas in the tank. if the gas gauge reads half low switch the wires.

(even if you flollow the directions this still happenes on some cars. it happened on mine)

Tune is coming from Power by the Hour and also getting some dyno time Friday from them as well.
