So, whats the reality on headers (I have a 3 valve) I've heard that they offer no power increase until you get to like 700+ RWHP.

They'll give you a little more power, not much for the price but I did them for the cams and the sound

3v's are slow. Why bother. Sell it and get a 5.0 so you can be cool.
