I took the plunge and dropped my deposit earlier this week. If everything goes as planned, should have it my hands before Christmas. The I will capitalize on the extra help as my brothers will be here for the holidays, so we can get 'er installed and have what I would consider, a quite awesome Christmas present to myself!! I will post pics, feedback, etc once it gets installed. The only caveot is the timing as the ground is covered in that white stuff here and it might get the car out unless the roads are in good shape.

Any news on this blower purchase/install? I'd like to knopw how much boost it will go to on a built motor...

Thanks

Hoping to get some information on an eta today, so keeping my fingers crossed this will be shipping any day now.

I am being told by Tillman Speed that the potential for this one is quite high given the great low boost RWHP (~400 @ 5psi) this produces out of the box and through the stock air box.

Yeah it stacks up, I like the idea the boost is kept low and the power comes from cold air/airflow.

I wonder if it means at say 15psi, you are well covered for HP yet still not funneling hot air into the motor through over driving the twin screws

Right now, they are projecting an easy 600-900 HP out this thing with a pulley, CAI, tune, injectors, etc.

Any news doogie?

I am also interested as I want extra power, but without taxing the stock engine too much. I don't have any plans for a drag strip monster, but I still want to be able to kick the ass of 98% of the cars out there. This may be the ticket.

Still patiently waiting... I heard from another guy who ordered one while at SEMA last year that they are projecting a Feb. 1 ship date. I am definitely anxious, but with our otherwise crappy weather right now here in WI, not like I'll be driving it anytime soon!

I'll keep you all posted once it arrives.

I have one coming next month. Mike @ Powerhouse411 is becoming an Edelbrock dealer/distributor and he placed my order for me this past friday. I'll be removing my Whipple HO kit to install the Edelbrock kit. I already have a buyer for the Whipple. :thumb:

I am going with their competition kit because I do not need all the stuff that comes with the complete kit. Mike said it should arrive the first or second week of February. I can not wait for it to arrive and the nfor all this damn snow to melt and tracks to open so I can give it a good workout. I plan to either run 8 or 10 psi until I forge the motor then we'll probably go up to 16 or 18 psi.
