I don't know my own product? Sad to see that from you. Are you seriously upset that we UNDER-RATE our product for the masses?

It's upsetting to see a vendor who doesn't know their own product.

I question your posts, anyways, as I have and own 3 stock K-Members for 2011 Mustangs, and none weigh 48lbs, that you claim.

I weighed my stock k-member with all the bolts, nuts, motor mounts and cross-brace which came to 48lbs. I did this because those were the items that the aftermarket k-member replaced. Based on your responses you didn't think to that level of detail until I brought it up.

At the end of the day, what I do know.....is as much about the UPR K-Member as the UPR Reps on forums, and more about the K-Member YOU have holding your engine up, than you know about it. Without researching, can YOU tell me the material specifications of the entire part? Can YOU tell me how far off the engine is actually sitting, height-wise - compared to the stock piece? What about the front rack/tie-rod geometry - that would get interesting.... What do you know about it, other than it is CM, it is lighter than BMR, and cheaper than BMR?

It fits, stock engine height and is lighter than your product. Their weight savings claim was validated. I would love to see one of your customer's say the same. Like I said, I don't trust vendor claims regardless of the vendor.

Onto the UPR vs BMR. UPR blatantly copied our design. They couldn't even re-work our engine mount system, they even copied that too. Sharad knows it is a copy. They probably even used our K-Member to make their jig, instead of a stock K-Member.

When they originally released it, it was a copy of our 1/2" lowered K-Member.... People were asking "why is it dropping my engine"....and the UPR Reps were like "let me look into this".... 1-Month later a "spacer" kit became available for their K-Member. I have to admit, that made me laugh. I like Sharad, he is a great guy, I just wish he could work beside me over here, so he could actually be involved with a true suspension company.

UPR claims their K-Member is 6lbs lighter than ours. Okay, I can settle for that. I apologize that I claimed 4. Now, Mr. WBT clearly claimed that his UPR K weighed in at 22lbs.....because he doesn't believe any manufacturer! (good thing, because ours is lighter than we claim....imagine that!)

You are damn right. That gets replaced with the new k-member as I mentioned several times. The accurate comparison is to weight all parts that are replaced.

At the end of the day you still aren't making valid weight comparisons. I thought we had that squared away but I guess not. It's in your favor to do an accurate weight comparison so why not.

Let's see some of your customer's weight comparisons because we can't rely on your's to be accurate in favor or not.
