fourth mod

Well my fourth mod just arrived at my door, a catted Bassani x-pipe, it is the BX not the SS but it was only #389.95 shipped to my door my other mods are.
1. Mac axleback
2. Sylvania Silverstars
3. C&L Racer intake w/Bamatunes 93 octane race tune itpulled 269 hp and 289 tg stock, and i have a dyno tomorrow to see what the total is now thanks.

Does the mod bug ever go away.

4. the two on the drivers side have one in the exhaust manifold and one in the h pipe, the passenger side has both of them in the h pipe

So there is on in and exhaust manifold i am asking because the x-pipe has provisions for 3 one one one of the pipes that attaches to the manifolds and one in each cat.

Two per side. One in front of each catalytic converter, one behind each.
And no, they are not in the exhaust manifolds.

not to disagree, but the front o2 iirc is in the exhaust header itself...one one the passenger side is in the h pipe ahead of the cats, the other two are in the cats...this on an 07gt

Yea.. you're right I guess. Maybe it is different between years? I definitely don't remember one being in the exhaust manifold itself. But then again, it's been so long since I have seen a stock exhaust setup that I really don't remember period!

i remember when i installed my x pipe thinking it only had 3 sensors because that's all that's in the h pipe....but i found out otherwise also from some of the guys on here.

unless they're different on different year models, only the passenger side is just north of the cat. check the pic i posted from ebay

i had one in drivers side jba header and three in my bassani x pipe when i changed them out this weekend stock was same way 2006 mustang gt

Thanks guys i seem to be the cheapest in the mod department on here, time to use the plastic.

Oh and i just went and looked and there is an 02 on the exhaust manifold, i never knew.
