Removed the clutch assist spring in my '11 GT today. I'm pleased with it. It has more feel now, and I won't worry about that whole clutch sticking phenomenon.

how much do you drive? i bought my car 5/16/12 and it barely has 10k on it and i drive it daily.

When I bought it I had an 80 mile round trip 6 days a week to deal with, and couldn't ride my bike until my back was fixed, after the accident that allowed me to buy it.

getting my stock rims and 4 season tires ready to go back on the car for winter.

usually I am good about cleaning the inside of the rim so that even less expensive of stock rims get a cool 3D look to them, however in the 3 years I have owned this car somehow that process got overlooked.

the junk was on there so bad I used a med compound to get the cooked on brake dust and crap (and I mean lumps of crap) off the inside of the rim. Sorry no pics I was in a 'get it done' mode. did not get all the crap off but it does look 100x better.

unfortunatly I had to do the whole thing by hand because my orbital is like a 10 inch and would not of worked. (10 inch orbitals are dumb unless you have a big truck with lots of flat realestate, get a 7 or smaller)

finished up with some sealant on the inside and outside of the wheel. hopefully these will clean easier next time.

I am looking into polishes, compounds, and heavy wheel cleaning chemicals no so next time I will be armed correctly.
