LOL because they had a flush machine 15-20 years ago. Things can be done several ways and one is not better than the other. The flush machine is a great tool if you want to do a half assed job of changing the coolant. I used a BG machine for 10 years and hated it. Id never recommend it to anyone i liked!

The proper tool makes jobs easier and safer... if the tool was useless no one would make it... $150 for a proper flush or do a half a$$ job and run the risk of doing more harm than good

You pay money to have someone flush your coolant system? I just change motors every 14 months or so and use new coolant when I do.

Lol FTW... Seems a tad more expensive though.

Has anyone drained their coolant during freezing winter days? I keep thinking its bad and that the engine will freeze over if I do lol....

Due to shorter daylight and busy work and crazy snow storms I can't finish the job in one day so just wondering....

The engine won't freeze lol. The only time you have to worry about an engine freezing is if the coolant mixture has too much water and not enough coolant. An empty system has nothing to freeze

Ok just making sure, just needed a peace of mind before draining to the coolant so I can proceed and be ok with leaving the car buried in snow for couple days.
