Took mine to a charity event 2 hours away. Car performed great. First trip with an older car like this is always the scariest. Lol

I was trying to get to 700whp but couldn't get there. I did spin it to 10k just see if the power fell off hard. People were starting to back up LOL.

No shame in the numbers you did hit though. I didn't know that motor was capable of 10k rpm. I can only imagine the should it Made at that rpm.

Marc ...

So you turned it to 10,000 RPM :thumb2:

Now that would have been something to See & Hear !!!

I have a "grass is always greener" relationship with my grill fogs. I deleted them once before with an aftermarket grill and the GT/CS lower and lights. Then I thought the grill looked too plain so I put the stocker back in. Lately I've been looking at the Boss grills with much lust. I had my finger hovering over the order button for a set of MMD fog delete plates when I thought it might be worth a free trial run to see if I really liked it before plopping down the cash. So hooked the GTCS lights back up, pulled the grill fogs out to plastidip them and then reinstalled. I like it. Now to decide if it's worth the $60 for the MMD deletes or the time to make my own. Functionally neither option offers anything over the P'dipped lights, aside from losing the ghetto factor of the dip. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1391369965.450778.jpg

Thinking about a truck. It would be more practical for everyday use and i could carry the dogs in it to the lake or wherever we go.

I've thought about going back to a truck again too. If i did get another truck i would look into getting a tacoma. I don't need a full size truck anymore.

Greg i do, but i wouldnt daily it everyday. I dont trust it that much lol. Its good to go to the lumber yard but its not good to go across country. A truck would just make sense for me.

But you're almost done with yours, Jaye.

For other mustangs or something else? If i sold or traded my car in it probably wouldn't be for another mustang. Or at least not a s197.

I've got an opportunity to buy my dream house. They've accepted my offer, and now it's just about financing. I could use the extra funds. I'll more than likely put myself into a GT500 later.
