Dyno numbers don't mean much, et's and mph at the track is the true test.

The 5C converter will eat some of the dyno number...

I'm just curious, it sounds like 10's should be easy in that car though

I agree, the 1860 DA killed my chances...spring/fall weather would have netted it a 10.8 or 10.7...sigh.

This is true. The first time my car was on dyno it only made 450/375(with smaller CAI) and it was thru a circle d 4c then.
Lund told me that pro-style drag radials will cost some on a dyno too due to sticky nature of them(I was on X275Pro)

You can't race a dyno only a clock @ the track ;)

At Marlyand International Raceway we have seen negative DA which is a drag racers dream! That is when records are made.

Anything under 5000 is great here and it only happens once or twice a year.

With your mods you should be able to crack 10's.

I have 2 buddies with a 2011 and a 2012 GT.

The 2011 GT has a Ported CJ Manifold, Custom Intake, Slicks, 3.73's, Axle-Backs, SCJ TB and the driver mod, ran 11.4 @ 122 more than once.

The 2012 GT has a good amount of suspension work (K-member, LCA's, UCA, Driveshaft, brackets, and much more) Slicks/Skinnies, O/R X Pipe, Ported CJ, E85, 47LB Injectors, Axle-Backs and the driver mod and has gone 11.037 @ 121 as his best. He had 2 other runs the day he ran his 11.0's and they were 11.072 @ 122, 11.09 @ 120 and all of his runs are 1.49-1.54 60fts. I'd imagine with Longtubes and a built bottom end, he could run 10.70's-10.80's. Race weight is 3530 with driver and a 1/2 tank of gas.

Both cars make around 440-445 RWHP and the 2011 doesn't run E85.

By far, these are not normal runs, but, can be duplicated by the owners of the cars easily. Anyone else driving may run a bit slower as these guys are not afraid to break their cars (the 11.032 car broke his driveshaft and switched it out and ran his best time shortly after)

Switching to E85 and running a Ported CJ Manifold will most likely get you into the 10's if you can drive.

My car weighs in at 3800 with me in it.. I weigh about 240. That's with the trunk stripped out and half a tank of gas
