Thats why I replaced mine. It wasn't torn, but it was starting to show its age.

I did it in 10 minutes in a parking garage after work. Probably could have had it done in 5 minutes if I had moved faster. 1/4 ratchet, 3" extension 8mm socket, 24mm socket, 1/2 ratchet, 3" extension.
