Put the new x pipe on today and it was a great fit no issues but holy shit is it quieter than the H. I mean it ALMOST sounds like it has cats on it again. Damn now I might have to find another axle back lol.

Picked up a CX Racing battery location supercharger coolant tank. It was cheap and the quality and shipping reflected it, lol. I'm gonna chop it up for a project, so meh.

GT500 axle backs on a 2013 GT. JBA X pipe vs. stock H. X pipe is quieter than the H. ORH or ORX is a different story, but pipe vs pipe, at least on mine, the X makes the GT500's sound like factory installed mufflers.

Yeah it is definitely much smoother, not as much rumble as the h, but they are both off road, 3" with 2.75" at the rear to connect with the stock over axle pipes, just the x is way less mean sounding, and at anything other than WOT is waaaay quieter. I'll have to see how this grows on me I really like how the Pypes h pipe sounded.

Removed my T56 Magnum to try and see why it doesn't go into second gear most of the time at the drag strip. Tremec keeps saying the clutch is binding up so I decided to yank it. I had the hardest time getting the trans separated from the bell housing. Finally after 3 hours of wrestling with it I was able to pop it out and apparently the slave cylinder was hung up some how. Decided to weigh the parts while they were out and was surprised how heavy the T56 Magnum was. 133 lbs without bell housing. 167 lbs with bell housing.

Ha ha. No that's just what I got done today. Got a few more things to do like put in a gt500 oil pan and install a Cortex torque arm before I button her all up. You may be happy to know I cleaned underneath the car after I removed the tranny.

Pulled off my Magnuson TVS kit....sold it. Going to a Boss IM, FRPP tb, Airaid cai and a JMS progressive system. Not too thrilled about it, but what the hell.
