Count did you do those or have them sent out? I want to do the same in red, booth front brembos and rear. Is it paint or powdercoat

They are Powdercoated, I did them myself. I sand basted them and Powdercoated the yellow followed by clear powder. I didn't split the calipers but I did a rebuild them. I'm used a eastwood dual voltage system and regular oven I bought off of craigslist just for powder.

Is that a Shelby?

I wish, no it's a whippled 3v. The guy I bought the car from rebadged it with the Cobras. I actually just had the entire car resprayed and asked to keep the entire car debadged but I didn't realize that the fenders actually have holes in them to line up the emblems... And they put them on backwards...wtf...lol

I hate the gt emblems, I'm currently looking for something cool maybe something custom made to put on...nothing grabbed my eye yet..

Got 3rd place in my class at the World Of Wheels show in Boston.

Considering it's my first time here and I only spent about 3 hours cleaning the car, I think I did great.

Next year's mods are already being planned, lol

Congrats, man!!! That's awesome.

I need help detailing...you local??? Lol. I got dust everywhere from the body shop...ugh!

Or the old style GT badges (67-68 I think).

Thx for the suggestions, not feeling the colors...I'm thinking something chrome, polished or maybe even black chrome. But it not just the fender badges, I'm also looking for something for the billet grill and the faux rear gas cap...ugh!

I liked the stanginator emblem for a while in black chrome but they only make a stock mustang grill emblem which is huge. I wish they made them small enough to be used on the fenders...

It looks no better than the eBay systems and for $699? Yeah, thanks but no thanks:

Is that with the forum discount? It's like the Gen 5 lights, they did a better job on the s197 than they did on the new edge. It would have been nice if they included an entirely new faceplate.

These! I have a set and they look fucking perfect IMO.

Anyway, today I washed my car and rotated my tires. First car wash this year and the rear tires were down to the wear markers with only 10K miles on the car. Need to get a few more months out of them since I'm buying another house in 2 weeks and I have lots of other expenses coming up.

Well the plan was to set the TPMS sensors in my new wheels but I guess I need a TPMS trainer...

I made some adjustments to the air ride and tested the new brake setup. I drove it a full MILE...wha??? I know crazy right? there's still snow on the ground here...haha

Had to snap a few pics...definitely feeling it...

Ran the financials and decided to go ahead and boost the car now. No better time. I got a citi doublecash card with 0% for a year. If there is any balance left after that I can pay it off, transfer it, or get a small short term consumer loan to cover it. Spending more than I planned but I decided I may as well just DO it and not half ass it.

Trying to negotiate a deal with VMP and I'm hoping they will come down on the cost a bit. I'll know next week. Now I have to decide whether I want to try and get the kit on there right away or wait until after I track the car again end of May.
