Focus ST Recaros...Wonder if they'd work in an S197?

CJ Pony Parts has these sweet Recaros for a Focus ST available for $1,000! I was just wondering if anyone here had a clue if these would work in an S197. I know it's a long shot, but you never know.

Man they look great if they would fit or could be adapted to fit.

I would guess that the air bag operation may not be triggered properly when hooked in to a Mustang SRS system.

Seriously though, would these just swap out in our Mustangs??? Are they smaller seats for women since they're for the Focus?

All I will say is if you havent sat in them before, may want to try them in a focus st before you do. Much tighter squeeze than those in the mustangs.

With that being said, they are awesome seats at a good price. Wish the mustang recaros were so cheap.

I thought I could fit in regular recaros. Nope. I'd these are tighter I'd feel like a monster.

interesting idea - though I rather suspect (as others have said) that the side airbags would likely be an issue...

I know you're losing the Ford connection but if you're willing to do that then there are a whole lot of options out there for example something like these from an Audi RS4 (just need to have the head restraints retrimmed).

VERY tight, I fit in my Recaros but these ones ..... not so much

They honestly look kinda cheap IMHO.
