Gt500 fuel pump issues! HELP!

Hey guys, I've been battling this issue for a while now and was hopping for a little more advice. I have a 2010 GT, procharged p1, duel gt500 fuel pump. The cars been running perfectly fine with this setup for the past 2-3 years

Lately I started to notice my wide band going lean when you crack the throttle and then going really rich. The fuel pressure at idle is 39 pounds (like it should be, but sometimes it's around 20 pounds. Also while you drive the fuel pump dc (monitored from the aeroforce guage I have) is all over the place. Idle the dc is at 30% and I've seen it at 49% at just normal driving.

Recently I took a trip and my fuel pressure got down to 14 pounds and the duty cycle was pegged at 49% I could feel the car stuttering but it never stalled.

I've replaced the fuel filter not too long ago, I've also replaced the frps and the fuel pumps (don't ask about that but I did). Still having the same issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tune or TPS not commanding proper pressure.

The "Y" connector at the pumps has cracked or broken, leaking fuel back into the tank.

Forgive me for asking. You stated GT500 fuel pumps. This would mean that you didn't use the Procharger piggyback fuel pump that comes with a Procharger. Is that correct?

Just making sure because the piggyback pumps are known for losing pressure due to issues with the hoses and clamps. When this happens it's exactly what you are describing.

Correct I have the GT500 fuel pump system. I'm NOT running a boost a pump or anything. I've already replaced the pumps with a new one, as well as the fuel rail pressure sensor. I also have a spare FPDM that I've used to test both FPDM.

I checked the voltage at the relay I'm getting 14.3v in and out. Back probed the FPDMs and I'm getting 14.3v at both of them. When I rev it I get just a slight drop to 14.2v.

Can anyone running a GT500 fuel pump tell me what there DC is around when at idle, how much does your fuel pressure drop?

Wondering if a PPRV delete would help in this scenario.
