I owned my 2005 Mineral Grey Mustang GT (Tribute GT350) since June 2005 and had a lot of fun with it. This past May I sold it, it ran great for 150,000 miles and it looked fantastic.

I Purchased a 2017 Ruby Red W/Tinted Clearcoat Shelby GT350 Track pack
My Grand Daughter said it looked like Deadpool... so I went with that.

Her name is Sarah, she does a Car review on Youtube called Sarah-n-Tuned

Yea, I think I'm in love...

One a more related note: how are you liking your GT350? In your opinion, is it worth the money?

Yes, I love it, it handles like a dream, pulls hard all the way to 8250 RPM,
the sound is awesome, I get comments daily on the exhaust sound..
It walks on Corvettes, crushes Camaros and makes imports cry.
the car handles way smaller that it is. It does not matter how bad of a day I had, when I get in the car and drive it, it makes me smile....

Not a great drag racer because of the lack of low end torque, but on the street
it's a blast. I got the track pack car, so the Recaro seats don't have many adjustments and they are manual but I like how comfortable they are, although people with larger bodies tend to not like them. Sure I miss alot of the creature comforts but the race features of the car make up for that..

The Cons:
The brembos are very dirty, i can't keep the wheels clean to save my life.
The Aluminum hood and fenders tend to dent eaisly.
the front splitter is low and scrapes everything.
oil changes are exspensive (10 qts 5w-50) hard to find along with a cartridge filter.
The High compression engine eats oil, you got to check it twice a month and top it off.
But the biggest con is that if I drive it like it was designed to be driven, Id be in jail, there are not enough track events to get my fix.. :)

if I had the money I would do this.
Convert the entire body to carbon fiber.. 700 lbs weight savings

could you imagine a 2900 lb mustang with 526hp, awesome

I got my 2014 GT Base down to 3450. For me the first order of business was 255/45/18 Driveguard Runflats and get rid of the stuff in the trunk. With that, the bearing noise went away. Every 8 lbs is 1 hp.

Next time I am in the market for a new mustang, I will definitely be looking at a used GT350 or maybe a GT500 if it is out by then. I probably will be looking in another 2-3 years. Right now the GT350 is my favorite model.
