Just deleted the charge motion system off of my supercharged 3v, but I am having a no start issue. My tuner says the vehicle should start right up, but no luck. All I did was remove the butterfly valves and rods from the charge motion assembly and filled it with quicksteel. Everything looks to be installed properly and followed removal/installation in accordance with manual. Some info is that the car was already supercharged before this delete and tuned. I am at a loss, any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Check your connections such as fuel pressure regulator, throttle body connections and MAF connections. Make sure everything is connected. Does the car even crank?

Car cranks over healthy and all connections are connected.

What he said. Also the ECU needs to be retuned when the CMCVs are deleted.
Could the lack of a retune be causing it not to start entirely? Generally I have read that it should start, but this is new to me so I am unsure as to what to expect.

Did you disconnect the fuel rail quick release? If so, since you released fuel pressure, prime the fuel pump by turning the key onto the on position (second) a couple of times. I really don't know if a tune is required for to start. When I did mine, I got it tuned for the delete plates.

Found the issue, turned out to be cracked porcelain on my brisk plugs...
thank you everyone that helped out and commented. I'll also include Dyno results later today for the IMRC delete.

Never had any issues w/Brisk plugs. What happened? We're they damaged in transit? Did you over tighten them?

That happened to me once but it was due to detonation. I was chasing a lean issue when I got the code for misfire. Pulled the plug and found the insulator was slid down over the tip. I still use Brisk, though I have accel plugs in there right now.

Were all of them broken? That seems weird that it ran before you did the delete and then they're all of a sudden it didn't.

The plugs broke when I tried to inspect them. Since I was already working on the car, thought it would be a great idea to check the condition on my plugs. 6/8 cracked when removing and they were installed to the proper torque prior. Only thing that I feel could've helped with removal is allowing the vehicle to warm up.

Wow, How long has it been since you installed them? Only thing I can recommend is using an impact gun next time with a warm engine. I had the passenger rear plug tighten up on me a couple of years back and an impact got it right out without damage. Glad I was using a one-piece plug or for sure I would have broke it.

Last inspection of the plugs was performed about 5,000 miles ago.

That is odd. Though others may frown on it I'd recommend just a smear of anti-seize on the threads to help mitigate that problem in the future. Plugs will stay put with proper torque.

So the top part of the plugs were broken? Brisk are 1-piece plugs so I'm surprised there was any difficulty in removing them. I have never had to use anything but the standard procedure to change any plugs. Never had to soak or do anything special to get them out and in.
