So From Thursday til now, I changed the oil, cleaned the air filter (JLT) Took off my front bumper to put on this 12 dollar fucking piece of foam so the bumper would sit correctly, replaced all the little plastic screws on the inner fenderwell cause I broke alot of them the first time around, Found out where the hell some clunking noise was coming from in my car (then I found out in a recent thread here, lol), cleaned the inside finally, Got the dust from under the hood, replaced my washer fluid, radiator fluid and blinker fluid, got a screw in the sidewall and got a new tire, rotated tires, and here I am now penniless for this week from the tire, oil and other shit I needed for the car. This thread is for a few things

1. Maintain your car. You'll regret it later.

2. Question: My car has 29K miles on it. Anything else you guys can think of that I should change, or recommend for the future or maybe something I haven't done as far as maintenance? Thanks everyone. :beerchug2:

3. Look at number 1.

I noticed the blinker fluid just didn't say anything. Don't forget to change the muffler bearings

I would but I gotta wait til next paycheck. I think I'm just gonna get rid of the Steeda mufflers altogether and get one of those O pipes... :roflmao:

1: fuel filter
2: driving style , chuck norris would have never let a screw get the best of him lmao

Haha, I would have taken a picture cause it looks like chuck norris was the cause of me needing a new tire. It looked like someone placed the screw in the sidewall.. with sheer tons of force. lol.

So fuel filter is is. and If it wasn't for discount tire I'd be fucked. Of the 4 original tires, two got punctured, one got a bubble, and the other got a massive slash from something laying around at our welding shop.

I just replaced my fuel filter at 29,800 miles and I backflushed it just to see what was trapped in it. Lets just say it wasn't pretty - lots of rusty colored sediment.

The cabin air filter is under the cowl on the passenger side behind the battery. 15 min job tops.

Speaking of which, it's about time for me to change that and the fuel filter....

check your brakes. don't be like some people and never watch them and let your rotors go to shit and if worse damage your caliper.

Yeah, I'm looking at getting hawk pads with stock rotors for now. I don't wanna let the stock rotors go to shit, but also planning on getting new take off rotors then putting the hawk pads on those to make for a better combination to start with. Not looking to upgrade to Brembos real quick or anything though. lol.
