Anybody have any recommendations for the best kit for the money? Thanks!
Terry Fair (Vorshlag) is a vendor here on S197. He builds his, in house. Expensive, but built like a tank. I didn't require the caster adjustment, so went with the steeda version, which allows for only camber.Anybody have any recommendations for the best kit for the money? Thanks!
Those appear to be rebranded Maximum Motorsports plates.https://www.shelbystore.com/product-p/mm5cc-3.1.htm It does the job and more....
Camber bolts are also known as...'crash bolts'. They are just an eccentric bolt that allows for some camber adjustment. It's a cheap and easy way to allow for adjustable camber. Real camber plates, like the steeda unit, and the others, are way more robust..esp if you hit some bumps, railway ties etc. It's bolted down in 4 x places, not just one like camber bolts. Hit a bump at 60 mph with camber bolts, and you could easily have a bad day.Speaking of camber what are the groups feelings on Camber Plates vs Camber Bolts ?
