go to Mercedes. They have designed a special norm, Mercedes Benz Norm 13023 for such nuts, M6 - M16 grade 10.
Instead of a nylon ring they are oval and you can reuse them several times.

I used them for removable panels and even after 10 times, they are still tight

I always called them a mechanical locking flange nut. Available at fastenal, grainger, etc. Metric or standard.

That style of nut is also on the windshield wiper posts.

Just be careful if any lock nut is removed and reused a lot, it's effectiveness diminishes.

I use them for a removable panel overhead, they clamp on the whole length it takes a long time until they wear, not comparable to nyloc or this metal ring clamp style. And, usually I have to order them online in Germany, all hardware stores gone since the devastating lockdown, so I can go to Mercedes.

I did notice you were in Germany and assumed it was different over there sourcing stuff like this.

Even those will wear out eventually if they are taken off and on a lot. That style usually tends to remove material from the screw/bolt, especially if it's less than a grade 8 or class 10.9 bolt.

As long as you tighten it to the point you fart a little and say "yep, that's good" they can be used indefinitely.

Please nobody actually follow that advice.
