I have a 2007 gt 5 speed 4.6 with 14k miles. It’s stock other than the Dynavin apple CarPlay radio I installed. It’s always worked well but when I went on vacation in December of 25 I did not drive it until the weather cleared up in the current month of February. So the battery was dead, I hooked it up to jumpers and the car turned on as usual but the screen was dead. So I went to chat gpt and it said to check fuses 37 and 41 which to now I still can’t find. Anyway, it led me to the sjb and I found fuses 1-21 on the front but it said 37 and 41 were on the back of it so i disconnected it to check the back after unplugging everything even the optic looking cable at the top which was a pain in the neck. Now the radio will turn on but the car is dead everywhere with PATS enabled, headlights work, fob works, inside car lights work but NOTHING on the dash it won’t even ding when the key is in, won’t turn over. The SJB is very clean with 0 corrosion. I even got a locksmith to try and reprogram the stock keys and for some reason the radio and lights stay on no matter what until I disconnect the battery. Idk what the heck I did but it’s a real bummer especially since I’m fixing the car up for my son.

Sounds like something was disrubted by disconnecting. Also check the windshield cowl drains for clogging. Grab the drain with a pliers and just pull them out. Will help drainage.

it was working mechanically perfect before the SJB got messed with. But i will double check for clogging. It hasn’t rained here in a while and when i checked the SJB inside it was pretty much new.

Juice/86GT351 are correct. You likely misaligned/damaged one of the connectors/wires/fuses that are part of the BEC or SJB. It's very easy to misalign/damage the connectors or one of the pins to the SJB if you're not careful (or even if you are); not to mention that corrosion on the PCB's is an ongoing issue due to water leakage on the box itself. I would go back over everything you touched in both fuse boxes and recheck every fuse, connector and wire. You could have easily displaced a wire or bent/snapped off an individual pin. If that doesn't do it time to bring in help if you're not electrically inclined.

F41 services the fuel pump and is located in the BEC (engine fuse box). There is no F37 in any of the manuals I have (2005 - 2006 series). The fuses listed run from F1 - F16 and then jump to F40 in the BEC. In the SJB they list F3 - F21.

Here's a list of fuses by year and location put together by LMR that may help.

Why are you listening to an Ai bot is beyond me. I was going to suggest that you unplug the battery. Remove the Sjb and check for damaged pins. Such a little mess you created for yourself huh. I'm sorry it happened. Pin 41 in under the hood as Diehard mentioned. Fuse 37 is not used in our cars https://fuse-box.info/ford/ford-mustang-2005-2009-fuses-and-relay/amp
Also if you haven't already I suggest that you waterproof your car. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QI-yYak90zmaMHGte5QN0ye-FYGzAUAP/view?usp=drivesdk

Great info, thanks for sharing. Thankfully I checked cleared the drains, days 1 but will add this to the todo/check list.
