Like stkjock said, no one can have 100% customer satisfaction. Bamachips has 100's of happy and loyal customers, and a few isolated issues (which have been explained BTW), shouldn't tarnish the overall good rep of a company.
No worries Don , I am done dealing with him.I've been going through the same thing with Tillman I've pm'ed emailed and called trying to get a quote on having gears installed. One quick pm to evolution performance and I had a quote within an hour. I know who has earned my business.

As for the op, everythinv should be reaolved by tuesday, just alot of problems we have had moving to a new building with cable net. Satallite made itt very hard for us to work. Not an excuss.

ive never had a problem with Brenspeed, tune revisions, big orders, returns and questions. Give em shot, tunes are great and so are the prices. Talk to "Seth"
dougs a stand up guy. I would gladly wait a month for a tune from him then the $700 tunes from the crappy tuners in this area =-/

I don't know guys. I bought a tune yesterday from Bamachips. Couple hours later and it was sitting in my e-mail. Plugged it in my car a vroom! I can say it works great! Then again all five tunes I have from Bama rock or rocked. Not too shabby for someone that lives couple states away!
I'm not expecting miracles from a e-mailed tune but they have at least delivered for me and I'm sure others feel the same.

In business the customer is the boss. When you give false information and attitude,that is not good. DOH! The customer does not have to kiss your ass.
I was not rude to you on the phone i was beyond curtious, doug agrees.
As of now bamachips no longer wishes to do buisness with you.
