Guys - Bama is obviously having some backlog issues. with any business expansion can come at a short term price.

the reputation they've built over time is a good one, I'm sure they are busting their asses to make everyone happy

Like stkjock said, no one can have 100% customer satisfaction. Bamachips has 100's of happy and loyal customers, and a few isolated issues (which have been explained BTW), shouldn't tarnish the overall good rep of a company.

Like Don said, no company, especially a company like Bamachips will have 100% customer satisfaction. I am sure the other companies such as Brenspeed and tillman like bamachips, make over 95% of their customers happy but they too will have a few isolated cases of unhappy customers.

I've been going through the same thing with Tillman I've pm'ed emailed and called trying to get a quote on having gears installed. One quick pm to evolution performance and I had a quote within an hour. I know who has earned my business.

Where did you PM us? We don't have any PMs from your name on this forum, the mustang source, modular fords, philly stangs, or all ford mustangs?

I've answered every gear quote call.... so I can't see how we missed it. Call us up and ask for Chris Rose directly, and I'll be glad to help you out. If we did miss the quote, I assure you it wasn't intentional and maybe never was received on our end?

We'll be cheaper than the competitor, use the FULL installation kit with bearings (Which is almost 100 dollars more) instead of the 40 dollar install kit with just shims, gaskets, and bolts, and Royal Purple 75w140 with genuine FRPP gears, not the Ford Racing Motive version. Plus we don't hand-tighten the ring gear bolts :oops1: and tell the customer the noise is imaginary and we put in some wear pattern paper to prove it.

I don't know guys. I bought a tune yesterday from Bamachips. Couple hours later and it was sitting in my e-mail. Plugged it in my car a vroom! I can say it works great! Then again all five tunes I have from Bama rock or rocked. Not too shabby for someone that lives couple states away!

I'm not expecting miracles from a e-mailed tune but they have at least delivered for me and I'm sure others feel the same.

I tried to resolve your issue, you werent happy leave it at that.

As for the op, everythinv should be reaolved by tuesday, just alot of problems we have had moving to a new building with cable net. Satallite made itt very hard for us to work. Not an excuss.

I've spoken with matt and Doug several times trying to get my tune for my v6 this past week and they where about as helpful as I could expect. Yes it did take a while to get the tune but I know they are extremely busy. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience at Bama.

people you have options.... if you dont wanna deal with bama then go elsewhere... its not very hard.... the company has a good rep and unless they really drop the ball its gunna stay that way most likely.

Now if you use a diablosport.... thats a different story... really only one good tuner around for that and that would be bamachips... unless im missing something.

I had the same experience when I ordered mine last month.
Filled out the info on the website, ordered the 3 tune pak.. and doug had them in my inbox the next morning...
Totally different car now!

I have not bashed you on every forum just 2,and only stated it as it was.

In business the customer is the boss. When you give false information and attitude,that is not good. DOH! The customer does not have to kiss your ass.

I was not rude to you on the phone i was beyond curtious, doug agrees.

As of now bamachips no longer wishes to do buisness with you.

Sometimes you run into that customer that will never be happy so the only thing to do is send them elsewhere... :beerdrink:

Rednek... I know your anxious, but the Bama tune is worth it!!!
