I would imagine by relocating the fuse box just like on the KB kits.

damn...that thing is sweet...I want one, just don't want to relocate the fusebox or cut holes (I'm guessing the filter and intake tubing will run similar to the KB and be behind the bumper)
how do you fit the filter with the fuse box in place

intead of making a couple of bends for better flow, whyy did you make it all sharp angles. IT would not have been any more trouble. You could have bent the sides into a arc and have the air, flow wmoothly around the arc instead of running into wall then make the right turn into the S/C. I don't know if it would have made any difference but I DO know it would not have taken any extra work.
I am a dumbass about the S/C and it may not matter. IT just seems like it would work better.

Just curious, if you wanted to go from the 2.3 to the 2.9 or 3.4, what all is involved? Do you use the same lower intake, and just swap out the compressor or what?

No way. Manifold, meter, TB, and intake all have to be custom.
