Just waiting on the custom diamond pistons......motor should be close to 16:1 compression with a flat top piston.

I think a turbo / supercharged car with 9 to 1 compression and 24+ psi of boost would see cylinder pressures a lot higher then my 16:1 n/a motor.....yes?

Got the strut rods back and put back on today. Just waiting on the scoop before taking the wing (and scoop) down for paint.

Well today I got my hood scoop in......so I grabbed my angle grinder and cut a huge hole in the hood, then mocked up the scoop. Now I have to take the scoop and wing down for painting.

I also put on the reverse c-stripe. I just left the 572 on there for now, but going to change it--not sure to what yet. Thinking BOSS 572. Anyway, the soapy water made the decals easy to put on, just need to be patient so you don't get any air bubbles.

I think it looks good, but I won't be able to get the stance right until the motor and trans is in. I am thinking because of the extra weight, the stock front spring will have it sit about 1 1/2 inches lower then stock. Not sure of the back though, I will have to work on it so the stance looks good without affecting how the suspension works.
