No pictures at the moment, but when my shift and hand brake boots get back in a few days, I'll have pictures then.

Cool thing about the Pro 5.0 is you can do just about whatever you want. Mines a little less conventional but is extremely comfortable, and with the leverage awesome to shift. All the local guys were skeptic until they felt it for themselves! Say good bye to the front cup holder for anything more than a cell phone though.

I modified a little retainer I picked up to keep noise and the boot down on the bottom of the arm:

That setup is absolutely gorgeous. Where can I get a shifter arm like that?

Ordered a universal Hurst Pistol Grip handle off of e-bay, and used the black lock nut included in the kit, as a boot retainer.

So that's what that piece is for, lol. Now I have something to do for the afternoon after I find it :D

was there any modification needed or did it all mate up ok? would it work on an oem setup? i inquired at upr, and the guy i spoke with said it wasnt compatible

Don't see it being possible with a stock shifter, I'm using a Pro 5.0. I wouldn't think they would recommend it for my use either but it works.

This thread title is so involuntarily funny as hell.

No, I just have the stock knob. No modifications to it. :thumb:

I got tired of the hot metal and picked up a new Delrin knob. It will arrive today from CA.
