+1 on the lowering. You can get a set of frpp k springs for 160 and an alignment for another hundred or so and be okay. I rode around on that combo for over a year with no tire wear, stockish shock performance, and minimal panhard bar dislocation. As for the tires, my opinion is that you went a little too big. Next time try 275/35/18 and 285/35/18. Love the wheels!!!

The side wall height is fine, he really just needs to tweak the suspension now.... either that or get some "FX4" stickers for the rear quarter panels

I was looking at those wheels a while ago they are nice. The only reason why i didn't pull the trigger is because of weight. They look good though!

Tires are 285/40/18 and the sidewall is 4.5", the stock tires were 235/50/18 with a 4.6" sidewall. No immediate plans for lowering the car, but down the road I will most likely do struts/shocks/springs.

Yeah that's muscle cars for ya. Thin sidewalls do not belong on a muscle car and, really, look stupid on any car. Not to mention the horrible ride and traction.

not a bad look on the car. I agree with everyone that it needs to be lowered enough to reduce the wheel wel gap.
