Well replaced the coil packs and plugs....car still doing the same thing. But we have found the problem. The control box on the CMCVs stopped working. So thats been the issue the whole time....:dead2::deadhorse:

Gus aka INTRUDER on here hooked me up with a set of newer CMCVs and the control box for nothing. And the car is running damn near perfect now. Thanks for the part and the help on this one Gus, your a life saver. Ford wanted to charge me $840 to fix it.

No, I picked up the CMCV plates and motor from INTRUDER, car seems to be running great. Gonna clear all codes and take it for a cruise tonight. :beerchug2:

Evening run went good....car is still lacking some higher end power, but other than that it accelerates hard and doesnt cough or stuble anymore and thats all that matters.

Get the intake manifold!

Edit: And JESUS CHRIST! bout time you got that fuckin thing running right! I bet your stoked.

Yeah I was looking at the FRPP Intake for the car and I almost ordered one today, but the cmcv replacement worked so Im gonna hold out on getting anything for the car at the moment.
has this heap burned to ground yet?

Well I thought I had the car all figured out and running correctly but the track told differently.....I ran a best 15.12 @ 92mph with a 2.1 60'......the cars powerband just falls out around 4000rpms. I dont understand whats causing the loss of power at this point. Back to square one.

wow, 60 is not good, kinda shitty weather lately and 92mph is like a low 14 et usually. Something is not right.

Yeah I don't know what going on. The car pulls hard out of the whole and just stops pulling.

Yeah... It runs for up to 4k and falls off. Im really not sure what could cause that. I thought it might be the 02 being swapped, but we swapped them and still nothing. Car has me pretty stumped.
