just from personal knowledge, this connects to one of the factory amps in the car. I have it hooked up to my Shaker 500 and it really helps the overall sound quality. No reason it wouldn't fit into a vert.

My is a Shaker 500 and its all plug and play and it should fit a vert it mounts on pass side in the trunk.

I put one in my 05 a couple months back...NICE addition.

For a vert....there is a special bracket that comes with it to mount it. If anyones needs one...I still have mine as I put mine in a coupe.
