build is coming along nicely bro. wish I had the cash to finish the build I had planned. but this house took all my mod money for now so I decided to sell all my stuff. plan now is to throw more cash into my monthly payment and get it paid off sooner. then after that I'll have a free 450 bucks a month to really get the build I want.
