I've used a great product for cleaning glass from ZAINO called
Z-12 Clear-View Glass Polish

The Z-12 bottle contains 8 fl. ozs. (236 ml.) $12.95 plus shipping

I was wondering if anyone has used a similar product with good results.

At 13.00 a bottle it gets wee bit expensive to use.

I have used Meguiar's Cleaner Wax on my windshield and then cleaned with Windex Auto. Seems to work well.

I find that a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser with soapy, warm water is an awesome thing for the outside of the windows. I use the Invisible Glass spray on stuff on the inside glass with a microfiber towel. It works awesome and is tint safe.

Newpaper instead of paper towels. The ink gets wet and acts as a polish for the glass. It works great. Also try Mothers Showtime detail spray with a micro towel. Both ways work great!

When you are finished using the Zaino glass polish it looks like there is no glass in the car. That is how clean and clear the glass looks.
I have use all the methods described , the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser work very well.
i was just looking for cheaper alternatives. Now that I think about it I've had the same bottle for 3 years. So it seems to be pretty cheap at that.
Thanks for your input.

This isn't true anymore. The composition of the ink in modern newspaper is different and lacking in some chemical or element that I forgot. It was that stuff that made it so good for cleaning windows with.

If you use newspaper now, it's good because it doesn't leave lint but that's about it.

I use microfibers but we can always be creative right?

Dryer sheets work good too!

I can't imagine Dryer sheets not streaking the windows. They have chemicals in them that will cause a MF to streak the car if you dry them with dryer sheets.

The chemicals get into microfibers through the drying process in your dryer. But using the sheets alone works fine. In fact, they are anti-static and your glass will tend to repel dust. I use microfibers myself but this is what I've seen some people do. There is more than one way to skin a cat after all.
