I deleted my spoiler almost a week after getting my car. Do not miss it at all.

My Spoiler came off the day the car came home also... same with my brothers 05. The stock spoiler just doesn't fit the car IMO even more so once it's lowered.

I was debating on this, decided to go with a gt500 spoiler, but I may in the future want to delete the wing, I would rather buy the gtrunk lid instead of bondo and all that crap to fill the holes in.

i think the spoiler delete ONLY looks right on certain cars.. alot plays into it. Like the hood, side window louvers, rims, stance.. ive seen cars that have done it and it looked like bagged ass, then others like the OP were the kit ties it all in and makes it look smooth as silk ;)

I know its kind of an old post but UPR now has Billet plates to cover the holes. In both polished ($25) and satin ($20). Might be worth looking into if you dont want to fill in holes or want to be able to put a spoiler back on at a later date. I just got them and will be doing them very soon.

I agree about the stock spoiler, it didn't look right on any s197 mustangs. I was fortunate enough to not mess around with big cosmetic stuff (like side scoops, hood, spoiler, chin spoiler, etc.) that the previous owner did. I did all the blacked out lights, got different wheels, few interior stuff, HID's - the stuff that anybody can do.

I removed my spoiler and installed the UPR billet covers this weekend but could not get a pic as it was dark when I finished. Once I get home tonight I will post a pic of the UPR pieces installed so you guys can judge for yourselves.
