Sucks that you need to send the blower in, but its the smartest thing to do to ensure that everything is perfect when reassembling the motor...plus it will be running like new if they have to rebuild it.

Sent it in today..$100 to ship! :dead2:

I also took the intake manifold/intercooler to a local radiator shop today and it checked out good. I cleaned all the debris out so atleast that survived. lol. I will have a brand new stroker, built heads, and new supercharger..Will be awesome when I actually get to crank it again

Congrats on the new build, car is going to be a beast!! I just wonder how you afford this all as a student? Must have won the lottery lol. Good luck with "kayla" also, once she rides in the stang her panties will instantly fall.

I've been working since I was 14. Parents never bought us any cars or expensive things - only needs basically. I never asked them for much as I knew they had 4 other children. When I was 16-19 I worked two jobs. Im currently holding 2 jobs at the moment also. So basically I just work my ass off and eat peanut butter sandwiches

I know working your ass off. Speaking of working two and three jobs, at work right now typing this.

Got to pay to play is so true.

Brandon it is going to be awesome once it is all together. Will not be long.

Installed new hood pins yesterday. These have been a need for quite some time but never had the time to do it. Installed the Aerocatch flush mount hood pins. So far extremely happy and satisfied.

I also hooked up two of my gauges (Fuel and boost). Just doing small things now until my motor gets here.

UPDATE : April 22

1) Got a call from Ron @ Foxlake and my heads are done. He said everything went smooth and that the cams, springs, and retainers are great. Have plenty of lift if I ever wanted to go with a different cam

2) Called Kenne Bell and they have finally got my supercharger taken apart to inspect the damage. They said the KB only needs their normal rebuild so it didn't take as much damage as I thought it did. I guess thats good news

3) Called JDM and canceled my order for the 302...hmmm Not releasing any details, but I'm sure it will excite some of you.

:thud: 5-7 weeks! that will be painful!

Love the look of the gauges in the vents too, cant wait to see what you have up your sleeve.

Very painful. Its already been too long without driving her. I guess the only good thing is that this is giving me more time for my studies at school. I graduate in May so not having my car is making me spend more time studying and stuff.

Im hoping that the new motor and all will be here towards the end of May so either May or June and I should have her running...What an awesome Grad present to myself. haha

And I cant wait to reveal what is planned for the motor. I think it will be worth the wait! But until then..... :beerchug2:
