Amen brother!
Just because you were taught the wrong way to do things doesn't make it right. Lito is a great tuner, so take his tips and learn from them.

Thanks a lot for your comment.

Exactly that one, for Ford at the current moment SCT has the widest/biggest support.

Coo. I'll look up on. And on Greg classes I just been waiting on the next class here in Cali. But don't show any this year Would be coo if he had a DVD like he does for the gm cars.

Unless you're wanting to spent a lot of money the SCT Pro Racer Package does the same thing. Advantage III is for professional tuners who will be writing tunes for multiple cars and customers. The Advantage III and Pro Racer Package have the exact same layout. I don't have access to the DBW stuff though as I didn't take the class. Advantage III may offer some extras but for the do it yourself tuner the PRP is great. As a matter of fact, my PRP says "Advantage" all over the place.

Well like I said I have DF and HPtuners and DF wasn't cheap either am I do alot of tuning for people so I'm sure I'll get my money back. But does advantage require the customer to buy a hand held were advantage will Load up the file then from the handheld to the car? Or does it come with it's own VCM that loads it and the customer doesn't need to buy a handheld?

That I'm unsure of. I'm sure Lito can answer that though.

True cause I like the fact that both my software does everything it's self I don't need to sell customers a handheld shaves down in cost. Especially for customer who are pretty much stock just want a little more power. Y would they buy a handheld for 300-400 bucks and then want a custom tune. If the hand held will make them happy. Cause alot of my customers are mostly cars with minor bolts on. Few have the money for turbos and blowers. But I know not all software are created equal.

I just realized that the guy who owns the shop were I do my dyno is sct and hptuner dealer. Ima ask him if I cab barrow his software let me poke around in the DBW stuff. See the difference before I buy. I'm sure he will say yeah He's a coo dude.

Hey lito off the top of your head if u happen to know. What's the tables or scalars are called for the DBW. ? Thanks for the advice.

K thanks

I on my software seeing if I could fund anything and came across these tables

ETC driver demand input for manually selected gear

ETC effective throttle angle

ETC open loop requested throttle angle

Do any like the one u adjust? Again hope I'm nit asking for too much.

The one driver demand discretion says it's the table is responsible for determining the driver demanded torque and comparing it to estimated actual torque. Any clue?

The name of the table I wrote is in HPt, from the ones listed would be "ETC open loop requested throttle angle"
