Just find a new T5. I swapped in a TR3650 into my v6 and I only did it because I'm gonna be running more power then the stock T5 can take; it is not worth it for a stock v6. The gearing is a little off(too low) but not bad, nothing some 3.73's or 4.10's wont fix. I have my stock T5 laying around...
Ok guys, do you think I will peg my MAF on my v6 with a Procharger at 12psi?(say 325-350rwhp) It is a blow through setup in a 3in tube. Also the v6 and v8 use the same MAF sensor.

I have one on my 05 mustang v6 w/tr3650 swap. I'm running a coast 4in. aluminum DS, billet hurst STS and I'm not lowered; no clearance issues at all. I think you should be fine with a 3in. DS being that you are lowered.
