A pretty sure fire way to ease your worries of a blown head gasket is to have a "leakdown test" performed. But from what your describing it doesn't sound like a blown head gasket. Best of luck in your quest :)

Yeah,exactly what I was thinking on the wood. Darn shame Costco doesn't sell the 7000 series (only the 5000slx). They have the best pricing. Since your using the supplied rubber blocks are your pinch welds un-damaged from them? Thanks again. :)

I have about 4" underneath near the front pinch weld area. Its sitting low on Coilovers. Really hoping/thinking about the 7000 series since it can lift my F-150 as well. Alright. Thanks for chiming in. I guess your only guy on this forum with QJ :)
