If you have HPTuners I would knock out your transmission setup for free. Very simple.

Oh man definitely not speaking about stock vehicles but I’m glad you’re happy with your purchase and honestly that is the ideal situation for canned tunes.

I specialize in s197 tuning and swear by HPTuners. Working with SCT was always such a pain so I moved on. Also canned tunes are such a joke. Total waste of money. Doing a halfass job tuning yourself will get you better results.

I love the s197 but I don’t like how people build them. Big wheels, body kits, plastic lips, LED lights, big muffler tips... It’s not my style. I am wondering if anyone knows of builds that use 16” or 17” wheels and classic muscle styling or something more unique.

Anyone have tips on tuning the 5r55s? I use HPTuners but that shouldn’t matter I’m just curious what people are doing. I know everyone just buys can tunes but hopefully someone will have this knowledge so I don’t have to experiment too much.
