I had the early oil less Comp turbos and they were nothing but trouble for me. I lost almost a years down time and spent several hundred dollars on shipping, sending turbos back and forth to Comp. I ended up getting them converted back to oil fed and I haven't had any problems from them since.

I believe those concerns are a thing of the past with the new design. Did you have your turbo mounted inside the bay?

A huge THANK YOU! To McLeod Racing for upgrading us to the RXT 1200! This gives us the extra strength needed to hold some serious power!

It was long and hard work, but well worth it! Not bad for my first time.

Haha thanks.
Partly that, and I joined the Autobody and Painting group on Facebook, where I learned a ton and met a lot of good people. Additionally, I am fortunate to have gone with SPI paint. Absolutely astonishing quality and the owner is their tech support! He was tremendous help.

Damn. I've looked at these pics a few times since we PM'd. That looks amazing. I gotta stop by some time and see this car.

Sure thing, anytime. I’ll be home Saturday too. The motor will be here in a couple weeks as we are waiting on the oil pan to come in.
For now, I’ll start assembling the Kmember and struts, but also want to paint the trans and odd parts like the suspension knuckle assembly. I have some Eastwood Aluma Blast and Bulldog adhesion promoter on the way.

A little sneak peak!
Timing cover looks great thanks to ROC Coatings in Rochester, NY. Prismatic Powders Ink Black and topped in Clear Vision.
Metco billet pulleys.

And check out the Blowfish Racing TR6060 brace! This thing is serious quality. Often times you get something and have to look past lack of quality, but this impressed me.
