I seen STIFFLERS came out within the past year of a new REAR CHASSIS BRACE (2005 - 2014 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE). My oem braces are about shot with corrosion / rust.

Is it worth installing or just moving the junk?

Anyone whose tried it have an pics installed underneath?

I personally have not used. My take on this is Ford designed the vehicle with braces for a reason, especially the convertible. If yours are rotted and need to be replaced, just do it. Visually it appears to be an upgrade from factory anyhow.

Agree with 86GT, the convertible has the braces for a reason and those Stifflers look nice.
However, the $$$price seems steep - you could get new OEM ones for less if you're cheap and poor like me ;/

Definitely worth installing on a convertible since its chassis is structurally less rigid than that of a coupe.
The Stiffler products ARE pricey but they're very high quality. If you're keeping your car long term, they're worth the expense. Otherwise go for the cheaper but less good quality OEM pieces.

I used these years ago because they were coated as the original ones weren’t. Work just fine.
