    Most guys I know use Permatex High Tack on the bead when mounting. It worked for me on my last set. That MT-82, NA, '12 would do 1.4x 60's with a 7500 clutch dump on Hoosier stiff sidewall slicks using High Tack. After approximately 50 launches the tire had spun a total of an inch.

    I did the same(using high tack) on 15" dark stars with Hoosier stiff sidewalk slick at 14psi cold with no tubes. I marked the rim and tires and they never spun in relation to each other. I had 50 plus launches on these with over 20 being at 7k rpm in a '12 GT NA 5.0. All but 3 of those launches...

    +1! 1.47 60 launching at 7500 on slicks with the MT82. 7800rpm shifts netted me best results.

    Weak fingers on the pressure plate won't let the clutch disengage at high rpm. If you were to put the boss and gt pressure plate next to each other you would see the beefier fingers on the boss.

    What's your timing at peak torque? PM whoever you are comparing your numbers against and you'll probably find your answer. If they are the same then the follow up question would be to compare lambda's.

    No idea. But it ran the time in my sig with no weight reduction other than big/littles and DSS aluminum DS. I weigh 170 so the car with me in it should be around 3800lbs.

    CHE makes the only torque limiters I know of but I would also do motor mounts so that the torque limiters aren't doing all the work.

    It is a two fold problem. First it's the GT clutch at high rpm. It was never designed for that high RPM shifting.     I don't know with the LT's? The tuners can't mess with the transport delay on these cars and I don't know what other tricks they are using because of the O2 being moved further downstream but as long as you keep it away from redline and low load it can't hurt.
