a quick make shift tool- find a nut and bolt that fits the allen head. tack weld the nut onto the end and insert the bolt head into the fitting. use a socket or wrench on the nut side to loosen it,thats a home made gigantic allen wrench.

look at any and all wiring modifications you have made. battery in the trunk, check wiring all the way back for damaged shielding and possible grounding to chassis. back trace your steps in order of the last thing changed before it acted up and reverse process until you find the culprit.keep us...
The Saleen S/C seems to be very sensitive to long tubes. We have seen it on every one of them we did long tubes on.Re-calculate blower speed , swap the pulley and let it eat!
Doug is a very capable tuner. If his tune is off by that far then there may be a vacuum leak or an underlying issue you need to find. Contact Bama and work with them on the tune, they have good customer service and good tuning skills.
How much power will you be making? You should be able to run a stock meter in the 4" pipe. Where is the meter located in the piping?Can you post a pic of the location?
