timing tensioner

Hey everyone, first post here. So I'm replacing the entire timing assembly on my 3 valve and this will be my first time doing this job. I've done quite a bit of research and now currently looking at how to go about priming the oil into the chain tensioners. I've seen some various opinions...

Hey, I've been having a clacking noise on my 06 Mustang GT w/ manual trans. The best way I can describe noise is a metal sounding repetitive clacking that only happens when driving slow at lower RPMs (1500-2000 or so) and when taking off slowly. Sounds like it's coming from underneath the car...
